1.0 FTE–Middle School English Language Arts

Please complete this background check before volunteering for any events at Springwater.  It may take up to 2 weeks to process, so the sooner the better.

You must also complete the required district wide volunteer training in order to volunteer at Springwater.

All volunteers and visitors need to have proof of COVID-19 vaccination (photo or card).  You may also complete a religious or medical exemption.

If you would like us to be able to test your child for COVID using a Binax rapid test, you will need to fill out this consent form.  This is only for students with symptoms at school.
