Save for Outdoor School with Scrip

Scrip cards are regular debit gift cards for specific stores or restaurants. Scrip is a dollar for dollar exchange and costs you nothing. When you purchase and use a Scrip card, the participating business donates a percentage of what you spend to Springwater. You don’t spend a dime more than you would have spent anyway and you support your child’s Outdoor School fund at the same time!

You can buy debit cards to your favorite stores, pay for dinners out, get your oil changed, give them as gifts for the holidays, and handle those home improvement projects with Scrip.  There are over 100 local participants, examples include:

How To Order

  1. Fill out an Order Form (Page 1 and Page 2)
  2. Return it to the office with payment by the due dates below and Scrip cards will be available for pick-up by the adult listed on the order form in the office on the date listed after 10:00 AM.
  3. Payment can be made by cash or check (preferred).  Thank you for your support!

We are grateful that Mali Geister has agreed to process our scrip orders.   We know Scrip is what many families use to defray the cost of ODS.  This year the process is a bit different.  We still collect orders in the office at anytime. Simply turn in a completed order form (2 pages) to the office.  We will mark your order as paid and deposit your check.   We are not able to process any order without full payment.  To meet the Scrip processing center’s timelines, all orders are due by 12noon of the Monday due date.   We are offering 11/5,12/3, 1/14, 2/4, 2/28, 4/8, 4/22, 5/6, and 6/10 for orders.  Your scrip will be available to pick up in the office Thursday after school following the Monday due date.  If you are unable to come in on Thursday, we will safely hold your order until you are able to stop by.
